Frank is a native of the Greater Philadelphia area and a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield, PA, and The Williamson College of Trades. Frank was a Freshman starter for the lacrosse team, and while attending Williamson College, he helped raise funds to secure the life of the endowment for the school’s future. Frank currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. Starting in 2009, upon graduating with a specialization in Power Generation, Frank began his professional career with Exelon Corporation, an American Fortune 100 energy company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and incorporated in Pennsylvania. Frank work at Nuclear, Hydro, and Fossil Generation facilities (~+/- 2,300 megawatts). Thereafter, Frank transitioned to the Power Transmission and Distribution sector, where Frank worked in Tier 1, 2, and 3 substations(200KV-34KV). Frank’s last stop within the Power Utility sector was within the Aerial Division in PECO, where frank maintained and developed local circuits (34KV- 4KV). Frank Costa III transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, beginning with Avison Young – a Global Commercial Real Estate Firm with over 100 offices. Frank has strictly focused on the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors. Frank completed transactions ranging from $13mm lease commitments to institutional dispositions starting at $21mm. Frank was a part of a team representing one of the World’s Largest E-Commerce company. Frank has completed over 1,000,000 SF in leasing transactions, 600,000 SF in dispositions and acquisitions, and 500,000 SF of Development.
In addition, Frank has assisted several successful midmarket manufacturing companies in raising capital to strengthen their position due to the current tumultuous economic and supply chain environment. ~+/- $20mm

Rob oversees the advancement of the company’s next-generation technology and integrated system solutions, as well as the growing team dedicated to helping customers solve previously unsolvable problems.
Since acquiring Kinetic Ceramics and relocating the company to the Philadelphia Navy Yard in 2016, Rob has doubled the company’s annual revenue, developed R&D agreements with Fortune 500 companies and accelerated the development of the company’s proprietary technology.
Prior to Kinetic Ceramics, Rob led successful multi-million-dollar negotiations and developed global IT software and telecom strategies for GlaxoSmithKline.
Throughout his career, Rob has focused on creating and implementing innovative solutions, leading complex negotiations and managing teams across the globe.
Rob holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Carol has lived in the suburbs of Philadelphia for most of her life with her husband, Craig, and their children. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys watching her teams. Carol also enjoys weekend trips to New England to visit family.
On a more professional side, Carol oversees the daily operations at US Gear Motor Company in the Pennsylvania office where she fosters collaboration between the Pennsylvania and Illinois offices and manages the company’s human resources, procurement, project management, customer relations and administration functions. Additionally, Carol maintains budgets and directs the development, implementation and improvement of policies, processes and procedures.
Prior to joining the company, Carol worked in Project Execution at Linde Engineering North America where she worked with interdisciplinary teams around the globe. Carol brings extensive experience in project management, corporate communications, supply management and formulating and planning
strategies. Prior to working at LENA, Carol was the Athletic Director for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where she managed and directed the youth athletic programs within the five-county area including Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks and Philadelphia. She handled many sensitive issues with the youth, parents, coaches and volunteers. But most importantly, helped teach the children and the adults how to have fun and respect each other.
Carol is a proven leader and is results driven and enjoys being challenged. Carol is an excellent example of the saying “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”. She is at her best when given a deadline and asked to push things to the limit! She has often been referred to as the “glue” that holds it
all together.
Carol has a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Gwynedd Mercy University.
